Return Information

• Returns must be submitted within 30 days of originial purchase date.
• Items must be in original, salable condition, and be unworn with tags attached.
• When we receive your returned item(s) we will issue your refund. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
• Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

Warranty Information

• The Grounded 2.0 Vest is covered under a 1 year warranty from date of original purchase. Unless stated otherwise, all other products are covered under warranty for 90 days from date of original purchase.
• To process a warranty claim, proof of purchase is required and must be submitted by the original owner.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time.
